Kerry and the rest of the Service department is very friendly and knowledgeable. Our appointments are always on time and any information needed is given during service so problems can be taken care of quickly and efficiently. Sales staff are also very friendly and know their products without being pushy. The approach of all the staff at Muskoka Kia has us so impressed we are considering trading in for a new model very soon.
